Terrible service. Probably the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel. I booked a room for two adults and a 4 year old child. After a long Friday evening drive we arrived at the hotel to be told there was a double bed in the room and no provision for the child. Another room was not available, nor was a portable cot or fold-up bed. The staff made no attempt to find any alternative accommodation or to deal with our needs. “We are busy. Sorry.”

They are ver dog friendly and had a bed with treats for our baby.
