Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa

Overall we enjoyed our visit to this Hotel, It's a little out of the way but only a short trip from the airport. Nice pools, and a good selection of food, the rooms are really nice and well maintained. There were a few let downs, we often felt like the staff were serving others often (perhaps families that were tipping) and quite often had to really make our presence known to get drinks orders taken. The Beach is not a sandy beach something that's neglected from the photos and description and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Every morning people had put towels on beds even though there was a sign, this alone made out stay disappointing as every morning there were towels on beds and it would be up to 2 hours before people came down to use them! I really think this should be enforced to please all guests. As a result every morning we felt the need to get up early and eat otherwise when we got to the pool there would be no good beds.

The hotel was really good. The food was good and the service excellent. The only problem was that the cleaner accidentally took our child's important soft toy from the room while changing the sheets.
