The staff and owner go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From getting off the shuttle (and carrying the luggage) to breakfast and providing us with dining options this hotel is top notch. We stayed in the family room with 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Would definitely come back to Villa Reno’s!!

This property was made by the Greek Gods collectively! If you’re looking for the PERFECT hotel in Fira, this is definitely your place to stay! Let me talk about the owner and staff, AMAZING! They go above and beyond to help make your stay incredible. Super nice and accommodating. They teach you about the area, provide fabulous recommendations, and a map. The breakfast is AMAZING! You get different breakfast options each day. The caldera view from this hotel is a painting of perfection. Super beautiful and relaxing! The roof top bar makes the best drinks that I have ever had. I mean that! Try Pink Lover! You will be happy that you did. Enjoy your drink from a gorgeous rooftop bar. This hotel is extremely clean and offers a home like feeling. The bed cradles you to sleep and the pillows are fluffy and soft. I can’t rave enough about this beautiful hotel. The area is so close to excellent restaurants, bars, and tons of shopping options. Do not ever hesitate to book your stay at Villa Renos! Matter of fact, stop reading this review and book right now! I definitely will only stay at this phenomenal hotel. So blessed to have the opportunity to meet the incredible owner and staff. Came as a stranger and left as family! Please come to Villa Renos and see for yourself what I experienced. Great location a quick 2 min walk to the Fira town square. taxi and bus station Amira four minute walk away Greek restaurants. Also within two minute walk away. The view of the hotel is spectacular. A room had a balcony view that has the best view of the caldera the service of the hotel very attentive, family friendly environment, reminds me of a B&B as opposed to a four-star hotel. Absolutely excellent.

WOW…what an amazing hotel I can’t say enough. First off they had a shuttle waiting for us from the airport with under an hours noticed and carried our bag down all the steps to check in. The room was perfect, we could lay out and tan swim in the pool that over looks the view and even have room service delivered watching the sunset. Room was adorable very clean and very updated. It was close to all the shopping and excitement but noise was never an issue. The staff was hands down the best service I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Breakfast was outstanding, staff was very accommodating and anything we wanted or needed consider it done. I will be back and always recommend Villa Renos to all my friends and family.
