This beautiful new Neoma boutique hotel made us feel like family from the moment we arrived we were taken care of in every way possible from the concierge desk arranging transfers to and from the airport and housekeeping that kept our room spotless, every single need was met. We chose to stay in the smaller economy room because we weren’t going to be spending much time in a room, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the floor was quiet. This hotel went above and beyond for everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. The highlight and the reason we chose Neoma was the pool, bar and Restaurant with 5* food that overlooked the Acropolis. The bartender and waitress were unbelievable at making you feel welcome and the service was the best we’ve ever had staying anywhere. The staff of this hotel are the stars. Choose Neoma you will truly not be disappointed. I could not find one thing to criticize and I am super hard to please. Staying at Neoma helped make visiting Athens one of our best vacations ever. Simona greeted us when we arrived. Staff was great. Angel very helpful with our luggage, at restaurant and with other needs. As well Usman; they both helped us carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs! They also helped at restaurant at breakfast. Yanis was great at the breakfast and the food was excellent every morning! The view to the sea at our eating tables can not be beat! Simona was great helping us with all our needs, the room we had was perfect for 5 people. And our view from our room was the best! We could see the other islands and the best sunset ever! The hot tub was amazing and a PLUS! halfway covered and it overlooks to the outside. We had our wine and beer on hot tub overlooking at the ocean and at the other islands. Our room had to bathrooms; this was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We also had 2 refrigerators to keep our drinks nice and cool. I can’t say enough of how great this place is! Our terrace/patio was perfect for anytime, we had coffee outside and some beers and we could hear the bells from the church nearby. Very relaxing… I have to say is a great setting and I think we got one of the best rooms. Stairs were a little hard to go up and down, but we didn’t care, as we were having lots of fun in our room and at the town. Place is in the the heart of Santorini! This is another plus! As we found many great restaurants at waking distance, local buses, taxis, airport 15 minutes away, shopping, etc. I give it the most stars! will use again

Amazing view of Caldera! Perfect location in the town of Thira. Breakfast was delicious. Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room and space. Our girls loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time.

Simona was the hotel manager and she made our trip a great experience! We booked the family suite even though we were a couple as it was available and affordable. So much space, inside hot tub was very relaxing and a great view from our patio. Patio not private but that was ok for the space and view. Very walkable to restaurants and McDonalds which was a common pick up spot for day trips. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the family room, the biggest suit with cave pool, three big rooms 2 big bathrooms, breakfast was great with fantastic views, staff warm and friendly and always happy to help 5/5👍

The view is stunning, directly facing the sea. The location is nice, quite close to the bus station and shops nearby. The family room is a beautiful, big and clean cave house. The bed is very comfortable. But there is a long sloping stairs. Fortunately the staff helped us to take the luggages. We had our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The sea view is also perfect! The breakfast is hearty and delicious. Most importantly the chef is handsome and caring. Thank you for leaving us happy memories in santorini!
