Hotel Lodos

This is a gem because of the genuine kind, traditional people who own and work here. The place has an amazing church in the center next to reception a must visit inside. But the amazing thing to see the man who built the place in his 90s still working around this place with his wife and grandchildren they were kind and attentive from first moment we got there. There was a small service at the church where after I was invited in and they given amazing chocolate the man who built was there to greet us. Pool was great after a long day sightseeing. The hotel was worth it. For me and family!

When we were picked by the driver to go to hotel, we were impressed with his welcome personality. He made every bit of the stay and joy of the little time we had to spend in Santorini, so enjoyable. Family run hotel service and tourist guide service. I felt part of this great Greek family so did my friend. If you like to spend lots for high class hotel, please do so. The workers at such $$$$$ expensive hotels, are fake and (A) kissers. I don’t like to spend a penny there. This Lodos hotel was worth 10 times more what it cost us. So please think of LODOS HOTEL in Santorini. You will be extremely extremely satisfied

Where to start…. Panos and his family made our stay memorable from beginning to end. He picked up our group of 9 early morning at the airport to take us to his family hotel. What a treat to ride with him, he gave us so much information on Santorini and the neighborhood. The hotel is about 12 minutes by foot from Fira and there is a lot of small cafes and restaurants very close by also. Bus routes also run by to take you anywhere around the island. What a welcoming family. We used their services throughout our stay to take us around the island. Panos is a great guide and knows soooo much about Santorini and Greece. I would recommend this hotel and their tours to anyone. Panos is one of the many reasons we loved our stay in Santorini, it was a magical vacation and we will definitely be back one day.
