Crystal Waters

Spent 5 nights at this hotel which was awsome but what really made the trip memorable was the unbelievable staff. Best in Greece by far. Irini the front office manager treated us as if we were her family. She was unbelievable and went above and beyond in every aspect. Always smililing and willing to make our stay memorable which it was. Ali was also unbelievable and always went out of his way to come ask us if we needed anything. Older bfast staff were sweet and by the 3rd day new exactly what we wanted without us asking. I cant say enough good things about the staff. Thank you Irini for making our trip pleasurable and comfortable. We will definitely sing your praises and be back.

My husband and I stayed at Crystal Waters for our honeymoon and it was more special than we could have ever imagined. The staff team only added to this special feeling, too. Even before arriving, the hotel was on hand to recommend and organise a selection of exciting excursions as well as more practical transport arrangements, This was very much appreciated and added to our feeling of relaxation. Nothing was too much for the team, who work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the best experience while visiting. We would certainly love to return one day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Crystal Waters to friends and family.

Great hotel for families! With great service.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a pool. The property was well kept, but slightly dated in places. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were small in our room. It was however cleaned daily and had comfy beds. The pools were quite shallow I think the deepest was around 1.5m. Lack of sun beds, people would put towels out early morning meaning that it was difficult to find a space. It is on a steep slope, our room was at the top of the slope and the breakfast area main pool and reception were at the bottom. Not for people with mobility issues. All in all a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very child friendly. Lots of restaurants close by. A car is a must if you want to leave the complex and explore.
