Knossos Beach Bungalows Suites Resort & Spa

My family and I had a wonderful time The staff at the Restaurant yefsis was amazing I would come back again I felt very welcome Aristidis Hadis

We had a great time. Great service and great staff who treats you like a member of the family. Kudos to Anastasia and Nina (F&B), Lefteris, Kostas and Georgina. The place has great architecture with great view of the aegean sea where one can capture the beautiful sunrise and the sunset. The place is clean and well-kept. There is still much to be desired with the food preparation and variety. Overall experience is great and looking forward to our next visit to the place.

We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and it had a great view of the beach and when they say beachfront they mean it!!! We had a wonderful time. There isn't a lot of English people which is good and bad but we made friends with every nationality as they all speak good English. The bar staff and very friendly and very good. The food was amazing. Very tastey and lots to chose from. The only pitfalls were that you have to pay for bottles of water but they do provide a cup of water when asked but easier with bottles on the beach. The beach is lovely and quite if you don't go to the main one. Drinks are good but served in plastic cups. In the lobby bar they do serve glasses and also the restaurant. Overall we went for a week and this was a perfect amount of time. Perfect for family's and couples, very chilled holiday

Hotel and beach were nice enough but it's definitely not for families even though it's sold that way. There was no kids club as advertised and the surrounding area is pretty tatty. Knossos Palace and the water park were ok but not much help organising them from the staff. Overall, we had a nice time but it didn't live up to overall expectations at all.
