Ammon Zeus Luxury Beach Hotel

I was well impressed with how good hotel run in such a busy periods and how attentive the staff are from front desk to, housekeeping, bar staff, luggage porters and even the man who looks after the beach Alberto i think. If you want to stay in family friendly hotel with best seaviews and attentive staff, then Ammon Zeus will be the response. Thank you very much for everyone for making our stay very special, Konstantinos reception manager i think, Stefano, Maria, Evgenia and other blonde lady at front desk, all staff at the bar and housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless and clean. I will advice everyone to visit special hotel. Its not often you get this sort of treatment in hotels the way they look after you at Ammon Zeus. Thank you very much once again, and we will return again next year hopefully.

A really nice hotel for a family vacation. The sandy beach is at its doorstep, and even though there were other families around, it felt pretty quiet and relaxing. The rooms are nice and clean, lots of options for breakfast and dinner and the staff is really polite and helpful. We were there in Sept 2021 with a 6 month old baby and really enjoyed our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the A.Z. Staff super friendly and professional. Food was way better than I ever expected. Rooms and hotel generally excellently decorated and fresh. Sheets and towels very new. The child camper bed perhaps could have been slightly better, but it was more than adequate. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was by the level excellence. 10/10. Beach clean, plenty of sun beds and waters crystal clear. Would feel very pleased and confident in recommending people to stay.

Management and service at this hotel is appalling. We booked a 2.5 bedroom and they did not fulfill their obligation. They falsified information and pictures they gave to Expedia and would not even try to rectify the problem. My family and I wasted half an entire day (12-12) to sorting their mess out. Horrible customer service. Upon pressing to speaking to a manager, reception would not let me. They would get caught in lies, to the embarrassment of their co-workers. Stella, Anna and Fae should be ashamed for lying (and getting caught), and not looking for a solution. When they eventually offered a second room (which I booked and paid extra for), they said to come back in 7 hours to pick up the keys. After 7 hours, they went back on their word. Shameful. They lied there weren’t any rooms available (there were, see below). Eventually Expedia and I worked out a solution. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service at check in (reception) was horrendous. Upon check out, the reception said the same issue happened to someone else and laughed like it was a big joke. Stay away from this hotel.
