- when we arrived they told us they upgraded us to across the street. I had reserved 2 family rooms with kitchenette and balconies. - It was no upgrade. No balconies - one of the family rooms had a kitchenette - the other one didn’t. They also show in the photos the beautiful roof - when I mentioned this they said I could go across the street. - Room air was set at 24 C (75F) Way too hot for me. They won’t let you lower it. They did send up a fan - but I had to work for it! - They didn’t want to give us 2 key cards. They said it was for “security” It’s because they want you to take your card when you leave room and all electric including air gets turned off. I had to fight to get another card. The upshot? This could be a really nice place if they gave their guests more control.

Great location,close to ferry. Quaint family owned restaurants in the vicinity. Brand new and very clean.

Highly recommend this hotel! It is modern, clean, comfortable and well situated for the port or transfers to Athens. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a family suite which gave us space to spread out and gave our teens some privacy. The bigger room even had a kitchenette and a balcony. The bathrooms were spacious and modern, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. There were many outlets and good AC. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful and the family rooms we booked were clean, lovely, and one had a great view of the city. Very close to the ferry port, too.
