We had a junior suite for a family of 5 and it far exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of space to spread out and 2 full bathrooms, one of which had a full shower and tub. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Location was a 10 minute taxi drive from most things we did. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the Acropolis.

This is our family trip and we had a fabulous time staying in Intercontinental Hotel, Athens. We booked a Club Floor Executive Room and glad to be upgraded to Club Suite. The club staff are friendly, efficient and attention to details. The view of the Club Floor is glorious. I would like to express my special thanks to Eleni in Club Floor. She is brilliant, cheerful and always ready to support every guest in Club Floor. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were professional and very helpful. One of the kids lost a cellphone on a ferry and the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. We were very pleased with the room and the breakfast and would definitely come back.

Just returned for our stay at the Athenaeum IH, Athens (a family of 4). What a wonderful city full of incredible sites & amazing history. I have travelled extensively in Europe but haven't met more hospitable people than the Greeks. We were pleasantly surprised. Overall the hotel has very good connections to the city, the decor & services are very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with excellent staff, service & decor. Full marks to the safe who were helpful & efficient! The asstt manager W Sdranis was a wonderful guy who tried best to compensate us for our inconvenience. We stayed in family room & junior suit both had defective air-conditioning. We had 2 difficult nights!
