Customers service very poor apart from the housekeeping, it was fully booked at the breakfast room and very few staff to attend to customers. As a 5star hotel they need to modernize their rooms. The only thing I loved most was the beach. For me Serena in Goma is still the number one customers service/ modern hotel in Africa/Europe no matter you are female traveling alone or with family

I had a group of 13 family members staying 10 days the property was so nice, beautiful and accommodating to us all. I celebrated my Birthday at the resort. The walk right out to the Beach was Amazing the pool and pool bar were also Awesome.
