Hotel Excellent

We have small children and wanted to stay somewhere halfway between our friends house in Sweden and our final destination in the Netherlands so we chose Lubeck as it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful city. The hotel sits between two small lakes and the view from our room was of both in addition to the peaks of two churches out of both windows. The steeples are lit at night making the room's view that much better. The hotel is quite small with a restaurant on the first floor (in fact, you check in at the restaurant). The only warning I would have for people is that there is no elevator, and if you are elderly, stepping into the bathtub would be very difficult. I don't know if all of the rooms have the same tub design. Both the bedroom and bathroom were quite large. The price was great too. Finally, there is no hotel parking which can be a challenge.
