Only downside is how to get from parking to the hotel. Also, no door in the shower is not convenient for a family trip, Overall though, a great experience.

New hotel right beside a Xmas markets. Parking is paid underneath the markets and was 20 euros per day. A long walk from car park to hotel The room was large for our family of 4 and comfortable beds but pillows terrible. There was no door for bathroom or shower so can be difficult if travelling with older children or just friends

Old town location won’t east walk to all major attractions, old historic Bildung with split elevators to get to lobby and rooms , not really easy to get around with disability scooters or wheelchair , loud location due to KGC and McDonalds on the first floor (especially at night ) mattress are firm and not comfortable, only shower towels provides no hand towel or washcloth - vessel sink in bathrooms leave water ever where - shower are great but do not provide privacy )due to no bathroom door , positive is the two large beds to accommodate a family of 4 (without a sleeper sofa- make sure you book the quad / family room )breakfast buffet and buffet staff is excellent ,

Good location, we were family and the bath room didnt have a door (like an open space), with adutls it is not comfeteble.

The only negative, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, is that they are doing work on the Altmarkt square. The hotel is a lovely property and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful when we asked questions. The kids enjoyed it that McDonald's was on the ground floor of the building. Good property at a good price.
