Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden

First the clerk from the night shift tell us parking is for free, then the next day the whole night shift clerk team, is almost laughing at us, same clerk says parking not for free. Never encountered such an unprofessional and childish behavior in my whole life, in all the hotels I ever been. Second the same clerk explained it in German because he pretended his English is bad! Seams he doesn't speak any language correctly. So very bad service. The cupboard in the room is old smelly and ugly, wouldn't put any thing inside, cause it would smell. The shower has annoying curtains. The room is super hot, the AC noisy, the roof fan is also annoying. No coffee not tea machine in the room. To make it perfect they should give you a key instead of a card. Also welcome drink was not tasty, sorry. This hotel is the worse! How come it has 4 stars???
