Akzent Hotel Jonathan

It was really not good hotel. I had booked the family room, and the hotel called me on the mobile phone, and asked me how many people was going to stay. So, I answered "Two", but I prefer big size of room, so I had booked family room even though I paid higher price. And, I was really surprise when I checked-in that the one of room inside family room was locked. I had fully paid for family room, and they locked one of room(family room has two rooms). They had never asked me about this situation on the phone in advance, and they just locked. So, the room size was only half of the famil room which is even smaller the single room. I called the lobby to complain, but they did not open the door. Anyway, this hotel made me rally crazy, and I will never use this hotel again. I also never recommend this hotel to the other guests.
