McDreams Hotel Düsseldorf-City

ı cant say anything about this hotel because we couldnt stay. Because of delay on our flight we arrived to Dussedorf around 9 o'clock. It was not under our control. Anyway when we arrived to Dusseldorf we couldnt check in because reception was closed. We called the hotel and no one answered sure. I called Hotels.com and they couldnt make any connect with them and they told us that we should make another reservation and stay in another hotel. Ok...we were in the freezing city center with a small kid. I made another reservation and all these phonecalls and using internet made my Turkish phone bill really alot. And the hotels.com told me that whenever we go back Turkey we should call hotels.com and cancel the payment to this hotel. But unfortunately hotel didnt except to pay our money bac because they defend themselves that they wrote the cloement time their reception at 8 oclock... Ok the question 1 is... The delay wasnt under my control and how could ı call you and let you know that we come to reception late. 2nd ques. is, on your hotel website its possible to make online check in get get pincode to stay in your hotel. couldnt get that pincode because ı made the reservation because ı made the reservation on hotels.com. how couldnt you organize it and made us miserble. 3rd ques. is if you close your reception early an if your customer made the payment how couldnt you send the pincode to my emailadress... how dont you have an emergency call number? we paid and we got nothing

The place is next to railroad on the other side and a road/tram on the other side and when you add those togerther with summer heat without air conditioning or even a basic fan - you know where it’s heading when some drunks are yelling outside your window and kids join the choir. Left one day early to another hotel with air conditioning in the immediate city center for 20 euros more and didn’t look back.
