Very convenient to public transports walkable distance for tram station and busstops quiet area rooms are very small and conjested no fridge if you travel with family I won't recommend free breakfast is a joke minimal items mostly bread items & boiled eggs no sausage or scrambled house keeping is excellent they come and clean room every day and change towels

1 night family trip during a tour of Europe. Very clean and welcoming hotel. Location is a bit out on a limb and reception weren’t great with the advice of transport to the centre. Beds were a little hard, but overall absolutely fine for a 1 night stay

I did a one night stay with my family. Helpfull, cheerful staff at the reception.Clean room comfortable bed but needs to be renovated, breakfast is fine, enough. I can stay here again

The hotel is very welcoming and I could not fault the staff. The lobby, bar and breakfast area is good and despite what others have said about the lack of hot food, we really liked the breakfast on offer. My kids especially enjoyed the pancake machine. However, I should have paid more heed to other reviews about the family rooms being small. We are two adults and two kids 7 and 5, and the family room was totally cramped, we could not move between or around the beds and there was next to no space for our stuff. The location is a little out of town but we had no problems using public transport and there was a McDonalds beside the hotel and a very good German restaurant around the corner.
