Leonardo Hotel Hannover Airport

Unfortunately the lady at the reception was not very warming nor welcoming. She was more welcoming to guests who spoke German, as I noticed and saw. She was more keen to”move my family out of the way” and not providing clear explanation where are room was located nor dinner times etc. The other staff at the hotel was really nice and the food was amazing which made our stay more welcoming after the bad experience at the reception.

no hotel if you want service. we drove down to Germany and were going to spend the night at this hotel. full car with luggage and two children, we arrived at one o'clock in the morning. when we were on our way we called and said we are late and they said it was ok. once there sp it turned out that they have rented out our family room and only have smaller rooms. and they can then give us two rooms but we have to pay for both rooms. when we wondered why they rented out our room that we paid for, the old lady at the reception says that's just the way it is. We have two children who sleep in the car and a lot of packing so we had to call Hotels and it took us an extra hour with the children at the reception before they resolved that we could stay in two separate rooms. incredible!

the room was big and clean a nice surprise was a baby cot at no extra charge. The downside was the paid parking, which is not clear informatio. 18€ for night.
