Vital Hotel Frankfurt

We have stayed in the Vital Hotel Frankfurt for 3 days during the Xmas time. We were so pleased by the professional and friendly service offered by everyone from the hotel! Our kids love this hotel! Especially the convenience to the wellness swimming pool, and the good breakfast! Thanks for the team

Lovely hotel, pool/spa, gym, and restaurant/bar. Great stay outside of the city and worth the price. Better probably on non peak heat days because of the guest only visiting the pool/sauna. It was very, very crowded with families on a Sunday. The parking was the only issue i would state since there are so many hotel rooms then so many guest only coming for the pool. Parking was very difficult and if you are moving bags from your car during a busy time you may not even have a spot on the curb to pull up and off load since the other guest checking in may also need to do the same thing. Ownership and management team put pride into this establishment in its entirety. Was pleasantly amazed by the upkeep and investment into the property where big chains loss this value.

The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in. The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms. The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.

We stayed with family in March 2023 and had a great time here. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great and nice atmosphere.

Weird place- mixed feelings. The hotel is actually quite nice and modern. The pool area is a bit tired and needs some renovation (some work is ongoing at the moment). Food in the restaurant was fantastic- way above the standard you’d expect in a hotel like this. ‘Best burger I’ve ever had’ from my 12 yr old. Breakfast was v good. Service/check in/general staff attitude was pretty poor- booked 2 junior suites and asked for extra bed for one of the room so kids didn’t have to share and adjoining rooms. Neither of those was possible- even after being told we could have an extra bed it never arrived as none were available. Rooms a long way apart on different floors- Not great for a family. Completely indifferent attitude from reception. Maybe a reflection of brexit ill-feeling? Have to pay to park if you stay in hotel which is simply profiteering- not as if it’s in the center of town where parking space is at a premium. Wouldn’t stay there again.
