Maritim Hotel Frankfurt

The check in process was super fast! The receptionists always greet us with big smile. Our family of 6 booked 2 family rooms and it’s super spacious. The beds are very comfy and everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is only 15 mins away from the airport and please use Uber ( avoid taxis since we have paid 85 euro for two taxis - while Uber only cost us 54 euro for two cars, or if you are lucky you can get it at 32 euro - for a XL car ). The hotel is 4 mins walk from the closest U train- U4 line and it’s easily accessible to the main sites. Definitely will come back and stay again if I visit Frankfurt again!

Hotel is right next to concert venue hall which makes it very convenient. We got the family room and it was two connecting rooms, for the price you can’t beat the size of the rooms and the location. Will definitely stay here again.

the reserved family room was not available.The toilet was not working The air conditioning was not working the bidet was out of order the entire rooms need to be renovated it is a minuscule TV with very limited number of channels

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious however pillows weren't that comfortable and the cooling system was not working. It was hard to sleep. It was nice to have the pool with the kids. Hotel gave some good food options.

The unique thing about the Maritim is its location. Things I didn't like: 1) the key card I was given didnt work in one of the lifts. This meant I spent nearly 10 minutes riding up and down as other people got into the lift desperately trying to make it work. 2) Weirdly my room had been set up as family room with a pull out bed even though reception confirmed I hadnt ordered that. 3) My boarding pass which I had had sent to reception was lost. 4) The swimming pool seems to be permanently closed. 5) The WORST pillows I have ever encountered. Some 4 star hotels have pillow menus but the pillows at the Maritim are the cheapest I have encountered in any hotel. Poor pillows make for poor nights sleep. On the plus side the staff are very nice and doing their best, location is great and property is always spotlessly clean. I am hoping that the problems are due to getting over the pandemic and look forward to seeing some improvements next time I stay with you.

The hotel is very nice, our stay was really comfortable the family room is great!. Good location. The only thing to improve could be the use of parking which is very expensive, but you can find parking options close to property and for good price.
