We loved our short time at the hotel. My wife said it was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever had as a family as it was so spacious and well equipped with all that we needed. Appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and very comfortable beds…great quality sofa bed for our son. We had dinner in the restaurant and while it was of good quality the portions were very small considering the price. This was our only negative of our stay. The free shuttle service to the airport was great on a very wet morning. We wish that it was located somewhere that we would holiday in rather than just an overnight stay for a flight.

This was a perfect place to stay as a family upon arrival from the US with lots of space to spread out. It was a quick walk from the airport and train station, and they had underground parking as well. Breakfast was plentiful and all the staff was welcoming. We would stay again upon returning to Hamburg.

Had a wonderful stay with my family the night before leaving early from Hamburg Airport. Its located so close that you can just walk from the hotel. Takes just 10 minutes. We traveled with our 2 year old and got the Venus Suite, which had plenty of space. I diffinately would stay here again.
