The Westin Hamburg

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff were awesome. My only suggestion would be to have a small conscience store to get water or snacks for kids. Only stayed one night but it was fantastic. The plaza walk was really cool. Loved the heated bathroom floors too! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Since the very first moment we have been welcomed by the concierge Christian B. A very efficient, professional, smiling and stylish man who gave us suggestion finding for us the best possible solutions according to our needs (a family with you two young kids). The room was clean , very quite and we found all the facilities we needed. The hotel is strategic for his c’è real position and it’s a piece of modern art itself. The breakfast was extremely generous and the responsible of the restaurant Gianluca Cosenza very very kind as week as the rest of the personnel. When in Hamburg definitely we will visit again the hotel.
