Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and high standard of quantity. We had a spacious family room with bunk beds for the kids is a private cubby with sliding door. Breakfast was great. Located outside town but with great transport links with trams and trains a short walk away. There is a grocery store below the hotel and many other shops and malls nearby. We were very happy with the hotel and location and would recommend.

We stayed as a Family. The room was really clean and comfortable enough for a family of four. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from. We highly recommend it. Many thanks

We had 28.5 degrees celsius in our room for over 36 hours and did not get any sleep the first night. Technicians came and took a look at the AC two times with reassurements everything was in order and that we had to be patient... Not true. It was obviously not working properly. No one acknowledged this and we had to demand a new room before bedtime the second night. No compensation or solution was offered at the reception, on staffs own iniative - besides writing reports and calling technicians (again). Breakfast is great but very pricy for a family that is staying several nights. Suppose that was why they so reluctantly agreed to offer it for free one morning (only the one, mind you, as was emphazised three times when I proposed that as a compensation for lack of service and solutions considering the AC).

Large clean family room. Good location in Mitte, close to U Bahn and some quite nice restaurants. But clearly a business hotel so not that cosy or adapted for leisure stays.
