As a frequent traveller (75-100 nights in hotels per year) this was one of the worse hotels I've stayed in. Despite specifying we were a family of 4 with 2 kids of 2 & 5 we got a 2 floor room with no way of toddler proofing the steep narrow sprial staircase, neither top or bottom side. We spent the stay trying to keep our kid away from falling down the stairs. To make things even worse the lower floor was strewn with broke glass shards.

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly and service minded personal. Spacious family room with two bathrooms. Walking distance to a nice biergarten with great food.

The hotel building was nice, but the room just has an "old" feeling. The room was though big and enough of room for a family.
