K+K Hotel am Harras

The service was horrible at the hotel, which is a big red flag in my view. It means that in face of any issues, the staff will not answer to help the customers. And we had hygiene issues in the rooms, sewage smell all over the room. The staff suggested that we paid more to change to another room, which seemed like a scam. The staff never apologized, quite the opposite, treated the customers as they were "doing a favor". The location of the hotel is an area that you always have to get the subway to go somewhere nice, because the surroundings is not very nice. But it is very close to the subway which makes it easier. I would not recommend the hotel, I was on a family trip, we wanted to have the service that was "promised" with the pictures and the advertisement of the hotel, we only got stressed out and had to sleep with sewage smell and being treated like we did not have any rights to complain.
