The location absolutely can't be beat. Nice size rooms and good amenities. I'll be honest....the hotel experience did start with a few issues. But the Reservation Manager immediately communicated with me and my family what he was able to do to help. What could have been a terrible experience, he went above and beyond to make things right. I recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again!

We stayed here twice on our trip, and we felt like family almost immediately. The front desk staff were wonderful, Josh made mom and I feel like family. Martina and Inga in the dining room were lovely as well. It’s close to everything, and there’s a wonderful restaurant across the street that served the most amazing white asparagus. I highly recommend this hotel. And don’t forget to try the pretzels!

Great location, great hotel—but not for families. The largest suite can only accommodate a king size bed and one rollaway. We were told for children under 6yo, the expectation is that they sleep in the king with their parents. Do you consider sleeping with your partner and 5yo in the same bed a holiday? Ha! We stayed one horrible night (my husband slept on the floor), and we needed to find a new hotel. Also, even if you are traveling with one child, the bathroom wall/door are complete glass. There's no way to block the light if you have a sleeping child in the suite. It's really a hotel best for couples. On the up side, Hotels.com and Living Hotel were helpful and accommodating. We were reimbursed for the remaining nights of our stay.

The best thing in this hotel is the location only. We booked three rooms for me and my kids and i put special request for connecting rooms or same floor but when we arrived they informed us that the available rooms is in different floors also in different building also the AC in the three rooms was not cooling even we complained many times but they did nothing
