Overall we experienced the stay at Westin Grand as poor. The hotelroom was ok, but had damages in the room (cracked mirror in the bathroom) and there was no additional bed for our daughter. We had to pay an additional €60 per night extra for a bed for a child, which I found outrageous as I booked a room for 3 people. These type of 'hidden' costs make the overall experience as poor. We expect better service and clear communication, especially from a 5* hotel.

We had a good stay with our two teenage kids. The hotel is beautiful, and both service and food was super. The spa was a dissapointment through. No hot spa, just bubbles in the pool area, and really small saunas. The forced nudity as a requirement to ude the sauna didn’t help.
