Soulmade

The property was very good, we had booked a superior appartement 1 king bed for 2 adults and 1 child (6years old) as allowed on expedia. When we arrived we had no bed for our child and the hotel policy said this room was only for 2 people. Our kid had to sleep on the rough sofa with a spare duvet provided. This room shouldn't be sold for 3 people. The staff was very accommodating.

the entire experience is very good as a second time guest in this hotel. the only thing that bother me is the water system. water tap in the kitchen automatically run at 4:45am daily. since im from hong kong and suffering from jetlag, this woke me up every morning. i did inform the staff the 1st day. they were very helpful and attempted to fix it. however, turns out this problem does not have solution because of how the automatic water system works, which i could only have known until the last day of stay. another thing is the other guests, which if the soundproof of room doors and corridors can be improved, this will not be a problem. because some kids were running and shouting in one of the evenings and this was a long day after work for me. all in all, the stay is satisfactory and i love the gym at basement.
