Great hotel , great service , great breakfast Was upgraded to junior suite

High quality business and family hotel close to public transportation. Service on a few rare occasions could be improved (front desk unreachable by phone, breakfast service severely lacked professional attitude on one morning during my stay), but staff are genuinely trying to make "things right" and show compassion, empathy and concern for customer concerns. Also, all front desk and restaurant staff speak really good English. Rooms are very bright and well equipped -with great, comfortable beds, chairs and a nice bathroom (walk in shower). Brightly colored furnishings and some sweet customer gifts for the holidays were a highlight, too. This is definitely the best hotel in Echterdingen and well worth staying at. Also, they have a great breakfast buffet food &drinks spread as well as an onsite Bavarian style micro brewery on site. Very nice stay overall, and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful family room, big an spacious with plenty of room for our family of four. If we are ever in Stuttgart again we will definitely stay at the Parkhotel.
