Best Western Plus Hotel Schwarzwald Residenz

It was a good-sized room. I liked the layout of the room with the master room and separate sleeping area for the kids. The bathroom is good, it’s a stand in shower for those who prefer tubs. The breakfast spread was wonderful. It’s a a great location, we didn’t try the pool but I know it’s not something many hotels have in the area so that’s great. The rooms don’t have AC so that’s something to consider for the summer. It’s very close to a supermarket. I appreciated the free tickets to several attractions and the locked parking garage for cars was a great option. The hotel has an elevator, a little small but it’s always appreciated. There is an outside playground and a little play area inside for children, which is great for families. The TV channels offered were very good with things like Nickelodeon and Disney. Overall and excellent choice for families with children. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel for relaxation and families trip

The hotel is very clean, well located and the rooms are huge. We have 1 bedroom and a living room with 2 more beds. The hotel is perfect and has so many things for the kids to do. We will stay here again

Beautiful, quiet location! Very friendly staff! Great facilities for families with children with swimming pool and indoor play areas. We got a very spacious room for 4 people with 2 separate areas. The local tax payment gives you free access to waterfall and other local activities. I wish we could stay longer but we will definitely be back in the near future!!!
