Rooms Hotel Kazbegi

Small rooms, no wardrobe, small bathroom (wetroom) as no closed shower space. Restricted coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, but with relatively slow service… Gym was small and usually crowded. Swimming pool is ok, but gets crowded and no house rules imposed so children were screming and splashing the water all the time…. Overall, maximum 3 stars hotel and definetely overpriced…

This hotel is overrated. I think it is maximally three stars. Rooms are too small, bathrooms even smaller. Shower in the bathroom is not closed one, so water is splashing all over the bathroom. There is no wardrobe or shelves where you can unpack your bags, so everything stays in the suitcases. Free coffee is very restricted to two coffee sachets per day per room. Staff are friendly, but a bit slow on the restaurant side. Swimming pool is indoor with two saunas, but there were few unruly families whose children were freely screaming and splashing out water and playing like swimming pool is their own. Staff did not react when we warned them that house rules should be followed. Breakfast is great and rich, with separate eggs station and choice of savoury and sweet delices, but limited to filter coffee only and 1 coffee only from the bar per person (second one would be charged). Gym is small with only few exercising machines and gets easily crowded. Overall hotel is overpriced.
