Hôtel Cardinal

Lovely familyhotel Cosy and personal Great atmosphere

My daughter and I both loved Hotel Cardinal. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and I loved the family feeling of the hotel. The breakfasts were wonderful. We liked our room. The hotel is ideally situated to walk all over Aix-en-Provence -- it couldn't be more centrally located, yet one still had the feeling of peace and calm in this traditional hotel. You can hear the church bells and walk up to Rue D'Italie for restaurants, patisseries, fromageries, etc. What made everything extra special were the beautiful Christmas decorations everywhere, especially in the hotel. I'm ready to return right now.

We had a beautiful main floor room that opened into our own private courtyard with fountains. A very nice surprise. We had a 3 person family room. Large bathroom with nice fixtures. No shower but the deep tub had a nice handheld. The only downside was there's no parking nearby and very narrow one way streets. But that would apply to all the similar hotels in the area
