Overall the experience was OK but I was charged the children’s breakfast on the morning before I left by an employee and was charged again after I left on my card by an other employee. Two weeks later I’m having a very hard time getting my money back. For 9 euros I’m not that bothered but it’s for the principle, we are 2 weeks later now and still haven’t got my money. Poor communication between the employees and Customers. It’s a very small hotel, they should be able to quickly pay that money back on my card.
