It was a good stay for ky family. The area is both close to Disney and Centre even the metro is just putside the hotel. Hotel room is always attended by the houskeeping team.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel and our room were very clean and nice. Our brekfast server Vladimir ( if I corectly remember his name) was great and the breakfast we great. Especialy the cheese. Metro is just around the corner and a small mall is 5min walk away. Great for families with kids.

Lovely and clean lobby and reception area. Reception staff always polite, although when i booked i asked for an infant/toddler bed. On arrival there wasnt anything in the room. Asked reception they said they will try and find one. We went back down 2 hours later to be told they cant find one. So we asked for a spare sheet to make a pillow bed, we were told one would be braught to the room that evening, we never received it. Breakfast was limited and very often had to ask for utensils or for
