Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport

My family and I have always stayed at Best Western and this was not only our worst Best Western experience but worst hotel experience ever. At arrival everything was great however there were a few problems after: 1. our fridge was not working and asked to fix it or replace it because we needed but we left and its still not fixed. 2. we used the safe as it seemed to be working fine. However, on the second day it stopped working. We talked to the reception and they said somebody would fix it. It was taking too long and we had a day full of events (which we had to miss on some). I asked if there was a time estimate and they said no and that we just had to wait. They were very rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to talk to or treat people. I was very nice and asked politely if there was any time estimate or if they could ask the technician if it was a big problem that would take long or would be quick. It seemed that the problem was that they couldn’t find the master key which should be kept somewhere safe. We asked for extra sheet under the cover for 2 days!! After the men at the reception was very rude I asked to speak to the manager which took forever because they did not want me to speak to them. After asking a lot of times I was finally able to talk to the manager who was very nice and solved the problem. After a long time the technician was able to open it some other method. I hope you considered all the disappointments we had on this trip.

We booked a Family room but was told there was no family room from the rep. She did not nice either. We booked couple rooms for 4 persons and she gave only 1 key. I asked for 4 keys/each room and she said too many keys. I told her I paid for 4 persons/room so I should get 4 keys, then she made for us. When I checked out, I asked another rep and he said everything was paid. I got email couple days later from Selvyn saying that my group 30 people went to buffet and she wanted me to pay for that but she did not have any information to prove it. I am very sure my group 30 people did not go to buffet (Hotel was sold out on those days).

We were family of four. It was clean . Staff spoke both french and english . Breakfast was good. We did not try dinner as there were not many options for vegetarians.

We got this hotel because they had a room with 3 beds which was far from downtown and transportation but being able to be in one room with 3 beds was important. When we arrived they didnt have the room we paid for so they gave us 2 rooms that did not connect and my children where scared to be in a seperate room. They said it was an upgrade but there was no upgrade and we paid more for what we didnt get.
