WHO - Windsor Hotel Opera

We loved the boutique style and uniqueness of this hotel, it was a nice quaint street but lots of access to fab restaurants, it was a good location with several metro stations within a 10 minute walk making it easy to reach any part of Paris. The hotel itself was a wonderful old building, the room was cosy as a family room, with the sofa bed having 2 single beds which my teenage daughters appreciated rather than sharing, there isn’t a bar but drinks are available from reception if you prefer to stay in rather than the many bars in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Great location, on a quiet little street, but close to walk to restaurants, metro, and Gare du Nord. Room for our family was great, good size, 2 twin beds for the kids, and double for us. I loved the view from the 5th floor room of the sky and rooftops of neighboring buildings. A peaceful retreat in Paris!

The hotel staff was very nice and the owner of the hotel treated us very well. On the day we checked out, he was very kind to offer free breakfast to our family as he didn’t want us travel on empty stomach.

Great family hotel, quite close to the city centre - easy to walk around with excellent restaurants. Staff is amazing and was super helpful to arranging rooms for the family. Couldn't recommend more

At first sight the tatty exterior of the hotel in an inauspicious back street was rather off putting. However all this is put to rights as soon as you enter the smart entrance hall. The welcome was warm, the staff well informed and the room was both smart and spotless, if a little small. It was also extremely quiet which was a pleasant suprise in the middle of Paris. We had breakfast in a cafe the first day, but found that all the local cafes were shut for the next two days as it was the weekend. We were able to get a good breakfast in the hotel, but it was very expensive. Evening meals were well catered for on the nearby main street. We walked into the centre of Paris each day, but it took maybe 25 minutes to reach the Louvre which was quite a long way, particularly at the end of the day. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay with my teenage children. We had a wonderful break in Paris and I would certainly go back to the same hotel.
