Warwick Paris

I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.

The property is in good location but the rooms has a bad smell, the air condition in one room was not working and the receptionist only gave us an electric fan, and to flush the toilet you need to push the button harder and wait for a minute. The other room for my kids - the ceiling was leaking and they said it was the air condition problems. It was leaking the whole day. This will be my first and last stay on this hotel. The staff were nice but the reality of it, the hotel needs to upgrade. It's not worth of your money.

The rooms we reserved can hear the noise of renovations during the whole afternoon after we checked in at 3:00 pm. The half length plexiglass shower shield is useless as water splashed out pretty badly after shower. My kids complained that their clothes which were placed on the countertop were wet as well since there is no plexiglass covering the end of the tub. Also, there is no USB charging stations, and there are only 1 or 2 sockets you can use to recharge your phones / electronics. They are not located for convenient usage. I called the house keeping for some towels and it took them over 3 minutes to pick up the phone.

AC didn’t work during 5 days of our stay. Not a good street, specially for kids

Excellent hotel. Great location. The staff is very friendly. Tina at the front desk is exceptional. The two gentlemen at the bell desk are super nice and always ready to help. I would stay here again and have already referred family coming this summer.

The location is very good if you prefer the area at and around the George V metro stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean. The king size bed was comfortable and my 12 year old child said the sofa bed was comfortable.

The room layout was great for our family. We loved the location with ease of walking to restaurants, shops and sites.

The hotel was great and very nice and very clean, great location and staff were very friendly annd welcoming all but one lady at the reception counter. I arrived just before check in time and a male staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming but when I simply asked if it was ok to go to the room as I had my two children with me, the other staff member next to him, who wasnt even serving me was talking in French, was very rude and angry. So much so that the male staff was apologetic and upgraded my family and I.

The hotel was just right, friendly safe and convenient rooms, and the location is just amazing in the middle of the Champs Elysee and easily accessible from George V and CDG Etoile metro stations. You can shop and eat in any direction you go and Arc De Triumphe is few hundred meters away and if you don’t mind some walking you can easily reach the Eiffel Tower. Good value for money and great location and family friendly too!

The room was old and not in good condition, the photo on the website made it look better than it really was . There was stains on the ceiling and the room felt dusty. The toilettes were not the ones that they pictured in the photo on the website they just said that they were no longer provided to the junior suit .
