O.lysée Hôtel

It was perfect for our family trip

This is really just the perfect hotel in Paris for a visitor. It is directly off the Champs-Élysée and the Franklin D Roosevelt Metro Station is a two-minute walk. The room was an adequate size for my family of four (two adults and two tweens). The room and entire property were extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great experience!

I stayed here in April this year and enjoyed everything about this hotel, that it only felt right to stay here again when I traveled with my family. I said I’ll be back & I’m going to travel to Paris again and stay here. It’s a really great hotel, & what makes it better is the staff. I want to thank them again for making our stay exquisite.

Our connection in Paris didn't work out so we ended up with a day we hadn't planned for. When looking for family friendly hotels we found the O.lysée and were super happy with it. Staff was very friendly and got our room set up despite the late reservation. Only surprise we discovered was that the evening/night Concierge knocked and opened the door just when we were putting the kids down as the room seemingly wasn't marked booked in their system, though that was sorted out in 10 seconds.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern, the room size given central Paris was very good indeed and all the staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Absolutely would recommend to family and friends visiting Paris in the future - thank you!

Hotel overall was great and location was amazing (worth the cost). The only thing that I was worried about was the safety. Paris was not the safest place on Earth and we did have 2 strangers following us on the main street and we finally lost them after few stops and we took our umbrellas out (for safety) but basically anyone could enter the hotel and go up to the room floors. In addition, we arrived at the hotel at 10am and we were previously informed that our room would most likely not available until the check-in time at 3pm, but they were so amazing to get our room ready before our arrival so we were able to rest at the room with our kids immediately with no additional cost. Big Plus there!

We are from N.America and I will prefer this review with saying that we booked the suite--which was still extremely small for N.Am standards but for EU standards, it was spacious. Highly recommend to get the suite at Olysee if you are a small family (there is 1 bedroom and in the other space is a pull out couch. Amazing location. Amazing front staff (Lana took great care of us with trying to book reservations, recommendations on excellent restaurants. Would most definitely stay here again. If you are booking a single room--be warned that the rooms are very very small. Otherwise, excellent property to stay at with everything within walking distance. We will be back!!!

From the time of check in, we felt the warm welcome from the staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. It is a cute and cozy hotel that is walking distance from a lot of restaurants, cafe, Champs Elysee and the Arc de triomphe. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I do not know all their names but Nicolas and Alene were exceptional. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Till next time.

The hotel is in a great location, right off the Champs-Élysées and very close to metro links (Franklin D. Roosevelt is the closest station served by lines 1 and 9). The hotel is small like most similar hotels in Paris but the decor is very attractive and hotel front desk area, lift and rooms were all very clean. All the staff working the hotel were all very helpful and attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations of where to eat and what to see during our time in Paris. The room was not very big, but that was expected as most hotel rooms in Paris are small. However, the room and ensuite were clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was also similarly decorated like the rest of the hotel. The staff member responsible for breakfast was very cheerful. Overall, our stay at O.lysée Hôtel was lovely. The staff at the hotel even prepared a small gift of chocolates and balloons on my birthday, which was unexpected but very thoughtful and appreciated. I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends and will likely book a stay again the next time I am in Paris.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the metro. It is a great location very near to several landmarks and some fabulous dining. The hotel is clean with contemporary decor. Hotel reception upgraded our room at no charge during check-in. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. We had a lovely stay as a family of 4 for 2 nights. I would stay here again. I recommend this hotel.
