Hôtel Vacances Bleues Villa Modigliani

This place desperately needs a renovation. Stinks of mildew, 30 year old dirty carpets, water dripping down from the ceiling, stained walls and doors, smelly bath towels, creaky bunk beds that scared my kids, crusty shower head. One pillow didn’t have a case on it, had to go to front desk and use google translate with the guy as he didn’t know what a pillowcase was in English. The wall plugs are not in convenient locations for 2024 when everyone needs to charge their devices.

The noise from the AC unit preventing anyone from getting much sleep, especially as it was placed right above the kids bunkbeds. The staff were amazing and very polite. Easy transport to most of the tourist attractions.

The property was located in a convenient and safe location that is in walking distance to the metro, restaurants, etc. The room was clean and had abundant space. The toilet was in a room separate from the shower, which makes it convenient for a family since 2 people can use it at the same time. There was always staff at the reception desk. There were renovations being done when we stayed in December 2023. Check in is pretty late at 3pm, but they will keep your luggage until then.

Excellent base to explore Paris, we booked a family room with a bunk bed for the kids, it was separated from the double bed by a sliding door and the layout worked really well. It was very close to the Metro direct to Gare du Nord and RER to Disneyland. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner within minutes. Recommend Crescendo, a lovely Italian.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night . It was convenient close to subway stop , walkable to restaurants. Hotel outside was good, inside room it looks old and needs some remodel. Room was sufficient for us . Breakfast was very good , kids enjoyed a lot. Hotel staff were nice . Streets outside of hotel were little messy and very crowded everywhere.

The hotel was not worth the price we paid per night. We booked the bigger room for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids). It was still way too small. There was no room to really walk and open our luggage to access our things. There were no drawers to put our clothes either. It looked like they did a bad job of converting small college dorm rooms into "hotel rooms". The breakfast wouldn't really be ready until about 30-45 minutes later than it said it would be ready. One of the employees was not helpful when we asked to move my mother from her room to a new one because her room was not cooling. That employee seemed very indifferent and like she could care less. She kept refusing to even try to address the issue. The only thing I did like about the hotel was another employee who was very nice to us when we arrived and checked us in. I've traveled to Europe and France in particular many times so I'm very familiar with hotels and how small they can be. However, this hotel didn't do anything to make up for it nor for how much they charged per night. I will not stay there again.

Fantastic hotel - great location, lovely fountain, very clean and made beds every day which was lovely, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely space in the room for a family to be together and seperate with the bunk beds in a separate space - we will come back again

Great little hotel, rooms a little smal but big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast is amazing and the staff super helpful. Would def stay again. Lots of local bakeries, restaurants and even a weekend market at the end of the road.

Great staff, very helpful. We had a family room. It was clean, quiet, safe, well situated with many restaurants, stores around. Just a little note: it would be great to have a mini fridge.

It is in a lovely setting set off of the street with a pleasant courtyard. The neighborhood is accessible to metro, cafes, shopping - perfect. It is one of the few hotels in Paris that can accommodate a family of 4 in one room. That was a huge bonus. Staff were very kind and helpful.
