The hotel was wonderful and everything my family needed, but the staff was the best part of all. They were welcoming, professional, polite, and effective! We also liked the snack bar!

Fantastic hotel! Awesome location, great character, super friendly and helpful staff, and great value & variety breakfast buffet. We had 2 kids under 12 who ate free. We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great to allow the kids to go to bed earlier than us. Also, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks) and a bottle of wine & chocolates in the room to welcome us. Oh and a free snack bar in the common area every afternoon! Really couldn’t fault this place. Would definitely come again!

We stayed two nights in Paris and this was perfect in every way. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful—booking cabs, providing refreshments, and they allow you to use the services of their family of hotels across the city when you are out and about. Located about a 15 minute walk from Louvre, we WILL stay here again!

I booked this hotel months in advance and when I arrived I found the hotel had to offer everything I wanted, and more! As a tourist visiting Paris for the first time, the staff and overall building was so welcoming. Giving us an insight to life in the French capital, as well as homely touches to help as feel as ease in a new city (for example playing classic songs we’d hear at home e.g. ABBA). Rooms are very well kept and find the perfect medium between modern chic and traditional interiors. The hotel had complimentary soft drinks available 24/7, both in the dining area and rooms, and ensured the mini bar in each room were restocked daily. I intend to visit Paris again in the near future, and I know for sure that I’ll be visiting this hotel again. I would highly recommend for couples, solo travellers, and families; although I don’t have children myself, I noticed many child friendly features throughout the hotel. Location is amazing! 3-5 minute walk from the Louvre and within a 20-30 minute radius of other popular locations in the city (e.g Eiffel Tower, Sacre-Coeur, Pantheon etc.), I found the hotel to be perfectly central to all the activities we had planned. Fantastic hotel that we couldn't recommend enough for a short stay in Paris. We stayed for a long weekend with our toddler and received the best customer service I have ever received. Just some of the perks: - free minibar in room - comfortable very large bed - lots of choice at breakfast and open later than a lot of hotels - open bar downstairs with lots of snacks and drinks - toys for the kids to play with - free WiFi - really friendly reception staff - happy to give you snacks/ water for on the road while you walk around Paris - decent sized room for Paris (where often they're very small) - working lift - great location for most of the popular tourist attractions in France The only downside we had was that there is no headboard on the bed and as we had an overactive toddler bedsharing with us we had to put cushions to stop her hitting her head but there were ample supplied and only putting this so any families bedsharing are aware. Overall fantastic hotel and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Paris again. Thanks for such a pleasant trip!

We spent just two nights at this hotel, but everything was perfect from the welcoming staff at reception, to the spacious family suite, amenities, and open snack bar in the afternoon. Location can’t be beat as just a 2 minute walk to the Louvre. However the streets around the hotel are narrow and were busy with roadworks during our visit - not noisy, but just need to take care when walking.
