Great location, very near metro stations. Breakfast offering was varied. Lots of places to eat nearby, coffee shops and restaurants. Great shopping. Only reason I haven't given it a 5star review is that our family room was at the back of the hotel and was quite dark, and could probably do with a re-fit. But it was very clean, with a great bathroom, and was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It was walking distance to the department store, station and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay at the hotel

It was a clean and spacious room, the metro station was just outside from the hotel which is very convenient when travelling with kids .

The elevators did not work the entire duration of my stay. And the staircase was very steep and winding. I had elderly family with me as well and they had to walk 5 flights of stairs every time we came or went. This was the same with suitcases on arrival and departure. The rooms were not dirty but not Very well maintained. Front desk staff was available but not friendly. And the electricity did not work on the last day of my stay.
