Hotel Chambiges Elysées

I would definitely not recommend anyone to spend hefty amount of money and receive no customer service in return. Hotel has Paris feel but too tiny rooms. Front desk people are also not accommodating. There was a smoke alarm went off and there was no protocol or safety procedures followed. We all guest asked them to call fire department and have it checked. We were stuck in the lobby for almost hour and there was no staff, only one person at the desk who had no clue what to do in such situation. We were completely shocked. We were 2 families traveling together, booked together and gave us rooms on different floors. When we requested to move us on same floor, front desk response was - You never confirmed that you guys are planning to come, or traveling together so how do we know. Our room has no balcony, just 2 windows which open ups to walls. 👀

We were pleasantly surprised by the sire of the room. Along with the food in the surrounding area. The staff was available and very polite. I am definitely recommending this place to our friends and family.

This was the most quaint hotel I have ever stayed with. The room was a good size, very clean and the staff was amazing. The late night front desk guy was so very knowledgeable of everything Paris. The breakfast was, although limited, extra fresh, very healthy and the servers were genuinely happy and friendly. The area around the hotel was safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. We were 3 minutes from some fantastic high end shopping and restaurants. We found ourselves going to the little family owned restaurants and it was wonderful. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the Eifel tower and about the same to the Louvre (a must see). The city is gorgeous at night, with all the lights. We were there just before Christmas and they spared no expense on lighting up the city. Our nightly excursions were the highlight of our Paris stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

My kids were harassed with a phone calls 2am being asked for a massage and hotel couldn’t find out who did it and why would they connect phone call multiple times at 2am. They just didn’t care

Beautiful character Hotel in the centre of Paris. The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. What made it special was the friendly staff and the very very big room. Will stay there again and highly recommend it. We were a family of 3 and the kids bed was separate to the adults joined by a sliding door. It was perfect for all of us!
