Hello I arrived to the hotel and unfortunately it turned out that the elevator does not work and will not work for about a week!!! I realized that the elevator broke down before I arrived to the hotel. The hotel should have informed me of this in advance and prior to my arrival. They did give me a room on the first floor, but that didn't stop me from going up and down the stairs several times a day. To my opinion this is a scandal! There is a minimum of responsibility and respect between the hotel and its customers. I will not stay at this hotel again. And I will not recommend it to any of my friends and family!
