Location: is 40 mins via metro to Eiffel tower and is not very close like advertised. The AC was turned off middle of the night. My kids got bedbugs bite after staying in the hotel Friendly service desk but definitely not 4 star hotel

Super short stay for one night passing through with two kids. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and super helpful...parking is about a half a block away and spacious and secure.

We are satisfied & enjoyed our stay. Hotel personel are kind & friendly. The room is clean & comfortable. We can go around the place and find the place easily. Many shops & restaurants beside & bus & Metro are only few meters away. I can highly recommend to all my friends & family.

Property was nice and pleasing enough. Let down by unhelpful staff, slow at dealing with queries and were not very interested in going out of their way to help us especially as we had a baby. We are used to hotels with great staff that make an effort but wasn’t the case at Novotel.

Confortable rooms, enough space for families. The breakfast is ok, and metro station just few steps away. Not in the heart of Paris but near to major atractions.

The Novotel hotel in Belleville was in a convenient location to visit my daughter. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. I liked the lobby area as it was a good place to meet up with family. The bar/cafe staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but adequately provided with all amenities.
