Hotel Ares Eiffel

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ares Liffel. Spent a week there with my family. It's a beautiful cozy property just a couple of blocks away from the Eiffel Tower: we could even see the top of the tower from our window. The location is very convenient, it's close to the Metro, a walking distance to a lot of attractions, and when we didn't feel like walking we would take an Uber. The hotel is clean and updated, the staff is welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent location, wonderful staff, clean and nice rooms. We were a family of 4 and this was a great option in a great neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

This hotel does not provide internet connection, what they provide is barely a connection. It’s in fact just allowing you to receive notifications. Anything else like surfing the net, checking your emails etc just forget about it. It’s too slow and not worth it. Nothing is in the room like no cutlery, no nothing just a small cup. Room is too small compared to what I booked online. I booked a twin bed room for myself and my cousin, they gave us a tiny small room with a rather queen size bed for two male adults (are you kidding me??). I know Paris is all about ripping tourists off, but this hotel is on another level. Location is great, I must say. Room is clean and tidy, I must add. But for $500 AUD for one night, I should’ve received a much much better service. Don’t try this hotel, simple as that.

Hotel is very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. If that location is your preference then you are golden. My husband and I went for my birthday and when we checked in we asked if we can get an upgraded room or a room with a view. No such luck. No iron in the room, if you want to iron you have to go downstairs each time and request it to be set up in the dining room. At around 9am it would get very noisy as there is a school directly across the street and all the children come out into the courtyard to play so you hear all of that noise. The walls and floors are very thin in the rooms so you hear every movement from your neighbors. One day my sheets had stains on them but they were quickly changed the next day. The room had beautiful decor but on the smaller size, which I guess is standard for Paris. Overall it was a good hotel but not worth the $ we paid.
