Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse

Everything was very very good the front desk staff were kind and helpful The maids were somewhat odd. One was very disgruntled when we moved our table at breakfast and one morning we woke up to them bickering very loudly outside of our door like from 8 a.m. till about 9:30. Interest deactivate made could not remember to fill out of coffee and cream and are daily supply so we always had to go down to the family front desk stuff to get what we needed but it would have been nice if she just did her job and made a that much more comfortable.

This was the end of our family's 2 week European vacation. Our family of 6 adults in 2 rooms (3 singles beds in each), was great. The staff was very helpful and very kind. They allowed us to store our bags there after check out, so we could continue seeing Paris without the bags. It was a wonderful location....directly across from the metro, so we didn't have to look very far.

Was in Paris to visit my daughter who is studying there for her junior year. Choose hotel because of its location near my daughter's host family. Little did I realize how nice a pick it was. A metro stop is literally right across the street from the hotel. The people at the reception desk can accommodate English speaking individuals. The room was well-decorated and was very clean. I think the hotel has recently been remodeled. The basement level contained a buffet breakfast area - 12 euros with the best coffee I've had in a long long time. The neighborhood is nice and I highly recommend the hotel.

We were a party of four adults and two children an the hotel was great for us. Because of the present train strike the hotel was in a fantastic location being on one of the only working metro lines. Great restaurants and shopping right around the hotel. Staff were gracious, helpful and pleasant. Thanks,

We booked a family room, but when we arrived, we were told that they didn't have a family room available. Instead, they gave us two separate rooms on the same floor, but they were not located next to each other. Later we realize they don’t have a family room. It’s just a way to lure you in and then give you two rooms as an option. The rooms were very small, and one of them was so tiny that you couldn't even sit and use the toilet without hitting your shoulders on the sidewalls. Additionally, the elevator was too small to fit our family of 4 with two carry-on bags, so we had to take two trips. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation.

Its a terribly small hotel! Its Not worth the over 200€++ per nite i paid! My family & i(2 Adults & 2 kids) had no choice but to cramp inside a small room,whats worst is that the bathroom(so small that you can hardly move..)! Hotels.com should be honest about the review it writes!

Stayed 3 nights in quadruple family room that has Two separate rooms, 1st room with one double bed and 2nd room with comfortable sofabed. 5 star amenities. Continental hot breakfast-5 stars, exceeded expectations! ScrambledEggs, BoiledEggs, crepes, pies, variety of breads, cheese, meat and pastries! Clean & new looking rooms (recently renovated). Comfortable beds, new looking, quality comforters, sheets & pillows. Big, high quality bath towels. Toilette is separate, not in the same room as bath tub, I find it convenient. High quality toiletries. Metro stop right across the hotel, connecting with major landmarks under 20min. Safe Neighborhood. I give 4 stars to “room comfort” for one reason, the family room we were given has only one bathtub/shower but when I booked the room, description said it has two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, another with shower only. Hotel mentioned there is "only one" family room that has two showers in the entire hotel and it’s not available. The description for family room has to be modified since it's misleading. >5 stars to their excellent service! USB ports (to charge phones) in the room weren't working when checked in, they fixed right way. We forgot an iPhone in the room when checked out. We were going to return to city after one week tour. We called hotel within 30min, provided description of phone & requested them to hold it for a week. Our phone was kept safe and handed over to us on return! All Staff at the reception were very courteous!
