An absolute dive and rip-off from both the hotel and hotels.com. I arrived and the driver said “this is not a safe area.” Upon checking in, the bathroom was not clean, the curtains didn’t close all the way because they were ripped off the tracks so people in the parking lot could see inside. It felt very unsafe and not at all what was advertised as the “double bed and double couch” was 2 twin sized beds pushed together so super small and weird. We checked out the very next morning after the first night and they said it would ok to early cancel as long as we checked out by 11am which we did. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us any of the $900 I spent for 1 night at a super crappy hotel. I will never use hotels.com EVER again and I will warn all my friends and family.

Breakfast was shambolic first morning - no clean plates, cups, no milk in coffee machine and ran out food ! Spoke to other family who said they’d never stayed in somewhere that bad . My daughter was sleeping in separate single bed and there were no duvets - linen cupboard empty apparently !! So shouldhad to make do with couple sheets instead . Really not acceptable !
