Best Western Hotel & SPA Le Schoenenbourg

Very nice stay for the second time. First visit was 4 years ago and rooms have been updated in the meantime. Beautiful location in the vineyards and very short walk to the old town of Riquewihr. Easy drive to many other sites. Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Salome at the front desk. Breakfast is very good, but a little pricey at EUR 13/pp with no discount for children. Very nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the vineyards. Swimming pool is wonderful for a quick dip to cool off after a day of touring. Only drawback was the air conditioning is in the front partition of the room (children beds) and is very noisy and had a hard time cooling both areas. The front room would get very cold, while adult sleeping area was still quite warm.
