Best Western Plus Au Cheval Blanc Mulhouse Nord

Overall the hotel was easy to find, set in a quaint little town, beautifully presented from the outside. Our room was great, clean and tidy and worked for us as a family. The swimming pool and spa was excellent and easy to access. Would should have pre booked dinner before arrival, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely, food excellent but we couldn’t get a table until really late in the evening, which was not ideal with two children. We’d been driving all day so did not want venture back out and no other immediate choices for food. When we did get dinner we thoroughly enjoy it however, once we got seated. There was a bar facility out the hotel building, next door, we bought one drink at 6pm and with all of the outside seating taken with customers, they closed up and that was it, no more bar….this left us with a long wait between then and dinner. Plenty of parking and very helpful front desk staff. We had a good stay.

Very comfortable and spacious room for a family of 5. Town was very quant and beautiful. Great stop off to break up a long drive.

Booked at the last minute, we didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be one of our best stops ever. The service was really good and the staff helpful and nice and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I had the vegan dish and was expecting something bland - which is often the case - but it was one of the best vegan dishes I've ever had. Simply amazing and we might go back only for that. The pool area was very nice, and the kids loved it. Pool, jacuzzi, hamam and sauna. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was a bit complicated due to Covid, but had a lot of options. Definitely recommend and will most likely come back.
