voco Strasbourg Centre The Garden, an IHG Hotel

Great property for small family

it´s not so comfortable with little kids. the service was unfortunately not really good. apart from that it was a nice hotel.

We stayed at Voco Hotel for 5 nights with my family. The hotel and the staff in general was good. The comfort in the room and hotel was perfect. The only thing I can mention as a low rate was that my 5 year old daughter does not eat typical British breakfast. Therefore , at least for 3 days I asked them if they could prepare an omelette for her and of course that would be an extra and I knew I would pay for it which was no problem for me as a mother but the answer they gave me was that they were very busy and they could not make it. Although I explained them the situation in detail and requested it as kindly as possible, the answer they gave me was pretty rude. To make it clear , this answer came from the kitchen staff.. but the rest of the staff ( the waiters, the receptionists and all the others) were excellent .

Overall okay, but breakfast was too crowded. Room for 2 adults and 2 childrens are too small. No space for your luggage. Spa is perfect and clean.

fully booked so late check in with 3 kids and a planned schedule for a short visit is not great. No service minded staff to mitigate the situation. dont think the hotel was staffed for a full booked hotel.
